A Research On The Internationalization Development Strategies Of Zoomlion

Engineering machine industry of China has its own characteristics, so chosing some internationalization strategies is the key step when"walk out". It relates to whether success or not when one firm enters into a international maket, whether getting more improvement or not. So this thesis hopes giving some reference to Zoomlion and other engineering machine companies by analysing the internationalization strategies of Zoomlion.This paper studies the theory of international business and strategic theories deeply and systematicly. Based on The Eclectic Theory of International Production and The SWOT Analysis, this paper sets up the analysis paradigm of enterprise's international strategy. The analysis paradigm thinks that only when an enterprise has ownership advantages, internalization advantages and location advantages , the enterprise will carry out international development. And SWOT Analysis Model can be used to guide the enterprise to constitute specific international strategy. Based on the analysis paradigm, this paper investigates the characteristics of China's construction machinery industry and the status of its international development, and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of China's construction machiney industry and Zoomlion. On the premise of the expatiation about Zoomlion'international strategy, analyses and evaluates Zoomlion'international strategy.Based on the analysis paradigm of enterprise's international strategy, this paper attempts to analyse Zoomlion's internal and external facters comprehensively. Combined Zoomlion's internal and external factors with its international strategy, it will constitute specific international strategy which adapts to Zoomlion. At last, this paper also puts forward Zoomlion's suggestions and safeguards of international strategy's implementation.
