The Study On The Management Of Procurement Of Company JC Under Supply Chain Management

In the 21st century, China's policies of protecting domestic automotive industry will no longer exist with its accession to the WTO. Its automobile industry will be brought into direct and fierce competition with world automobile giants. Economy of the world has come into a globalized information age. Competition between automotive companies has developed further into competition between supply chains. The role played by purchase, a bond connecting companies on the supply chain, in the operation of an enterprise is undergoing fundamental change. Purchase management has become one of the core sections in company operation, playing extremely important roles in product development, quality assurance, and supply chain management, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to study purchase management under management mode of supply chain.This paper mainly explores the application of supply chain management in actual operation of companies with JC company, an automobile company with an independent brand, as subject of the study. With reference to purchase management theories, problems existing in purchase management of JC company are analyzed and corresponding solutions or suggestions are given.1.With regard to adaptability of purchase management in purchase system and under the mode of supply chain management, create a flexible and appropriate purchasing system from the perspective of transforming process and establishing corresponding rules and regulations, so as to instill innovation and vitality into the company;2. With regard to supplier development and process assessment, create a competitive supplier system from the perspective of establishing cross-department teams and itemizing rating standard;3. With regard to composition of purchasing personnel and performance assessment, analyze how to improve employee quality and work efficiency from perspective of the company and perspective of its employees.4. With regard to relevant financial system and informationalization building, put forth ideas and suggestions of improvement.
