Research On The Methords Of Enterprise Modeling Based On CIM-OSA And ARIS

The enterprises (reference) model, a description of the situation of business operations, can be useful in describing the overall operation state of enterprises to help enterprises to realize their own strengths and weaknesses. Furthermore, you can under the new management theory or management needs to optimize the enterprise model, guide the construction of enterprise information systems, so can effectively solve the current problems faced by logistics companies. Strengthening the research of enterprise modeling method makes a good importance for the sound development of logistics enterprises in China.Firstly this thesis analyzes the researching situation of the enterprise modeling methods at home and abroad, and introduces some influential methods, and analyzes the way of management and application of enterprise modeling. Based on the research of many enterprise modeling methods at home and abroad, this thesis proposes a new-method of logistics enterprise modeling, which combines the CIM-OSA and ARIS. This thesis analyzes the architecture of the new modeling methods from view: dimensions, life-cycle dimensions and genetic dimensions in detail, and describes the advantages of the integrated enterprise modeling methods compared to CIM-OSA and ARIS. And then the paper analyzes the modeling methods in a systematic way which corresponds to the new architecture at the aspects of functional view, information view, organization view and control view. In addition, by making use of the management mode of enterprise models in ARIS, the thesis achieves the success of establishing enterprise modes at the framework of new modeling method in ARIS.Because of the specificity of the genetic layer and the partial genetic layer in the new enterprise modeling architecture, the paper first makes the targeted discussion and analysis of the former two layers of the new modeling method, and then makes further discussion through constructing cases, models are constructed in the form of further case description. Second this paper introduces the way of maintenance and application of the enterprise reference models. At last, the thesis establishes a model of the requirement definition by the case of a business process of a railway logistics center.and summarizes the advantages of the integrated enterprise modeling methods.
