The core of knowledge economy element is knowledge, and man is a carrier of knowledge, knowledge only by man's creative labor ability into wealth, realize its value, so, knowledge economy is its essence is talent economy. Talents have already become the enterprise most valuable resource, enterprise whether has the talent, can retain talents, decide whether an enterprise in competition gain survival and development. Whether to attract talents and establish a high quality and stable team of talent is the enterprise won the key competitive advantages. Each enterprise for attracts lots of excellent talents, and gain competitive advantage, launched a fierce talented person for, the enterprise the brain drain is serious.
