The Problems And Countermeasures In The Development Of Farmers' Specialized Cooperative Organizations

Agricultural producers' cooperatives originally appeared in abroad. With a history of over 160 years, It is a common organizational form of agricultural production in developed countries. In modern agriculture, specialized farmers'cooperatives is an effective organizational form for farmers to adapt the development need of agricultural specialization, socialization and market economy, give full play to collaboration advantage and prevent natural risk and market risk. China's farmers' specialized cooperative organization has been gradually developed to meet the need of expanding the business scope and industrial chain in the process of developing market economy in rural areas since the reform and opening up. The construction and development of farmers' specialized cooperative organization in China helps to gradually eliminate contradiction caused by dual economic structure of urban and rural areas, narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and promote the rural urbanization development, so as to realize the harmonious development of economy, society and culture.Currently ,there are some problems in varying degrees with Chinese specialized farmers'cooperatives, which are mainly seen in the following aspects. The overall level of members' cultural knowledge, technical level and market experience is not high, and they lack experience in operation and management and so on, and can not deeply realize the practical significance of specialized farmers'cooperatives. There has been no systematic management mechanism for cooperatives, which are in slack institutional framework. Among the members of the cooperatives, the leading enterprises engaged in deep processing are quite few and small-scaled and their products are low scientific contents. The government and relevant department have not paid enough attention to specialized farmers'cooperatives. The guidance and supervision is not enough, and there is a lack of liberal external environment for the development of cooperatives.This thesis will discuss about the following aspects: Part One outlines the research background, research thought, research method and main content; Part Two analyzes and discusses the root and existent basis of specialized farmers'cooperatives; Part Three summarizes the characteristics and modes of specialized farmers'cooperatives in Qingdao and expounds the current situation of specialized farmers'cooperatives in Pingdu and Jiaozhou; Part Four analyses the factors that affect the development of specialized farmers'cooperatives; Part Five puts forward the countermeasures to the factors restricting the development of specialized farmers'cooperatives in the city;Part Six summarizes the research achievements and analyzes the guiding significance and prospect of the research.
