In recent years, the great China's macroeconomic environment made various industries develop steadily, showing the flourishing prosperity. Especially, in the real estate industry, the growth in investment became higher and higher year after year and the nationwide housing products market developed steadily. Real estate enterprises have earned a great deal of profits. However, with the continuation of this favourable situation, there are an increasing number of competitions within the industry. In addition, China has issued the"country eight"policy to control housing prices'rising. What's more, the low-price housing and economy affordable housing provided by the government force the real estate enterprises to face the coexist situation of opportunities and risks. Only when managers adjust the business strategy, response actively and place the customer satisfaction into the process of the enterprise management, can they have a wonderful future.This paper, which integrates the current study of customer satisfaction, combined with the related theories of Marketing, studies the characteristics of housing products and customer demands on the basis of Behavioral Science. Based on several most popular customer satisfaction models in the world and the in-depth research on the particularity of housing customer and various customer satisfaction indexes, the paper establishes a customer satisfaction model of housing product. In accordance with this model, this paper designs an evaluation system of housing products of customer satisfaction by adopting the fuzzy math methods and identified the target weight by expert evaluation methods. In the use of the research results gained, the paper analysis housing products of customer satisfaction on a project in Qingdao, and put forward effective measures to enhance customer satisfaction. Finally, this paper researches the customer satisfaction strategies of housing products for the real estate enterprises in order to establish the business philosophy of customer demand-oriented. On the premise of meeting customer satisfaction, the real estate enterprises get access to the sustainable development and establish a good social image.
