With the telecommunications industry gradually into the time of development and mature, the telecom operators in Shenzhen area all focus the eye on hold and value-mining in stock customers and incremental customers, because the market gradually saturated and 3G business marketing competition is hot. Customer-oriented marketing style became the mainstream of marketing. According to existence question of market share is low, the user value is not high, the marketing personnel's lack of enthusiasm, Shenzhen telecom make a strategic decision of implement enterprise transformation, and establish a fine management and accurate marketing as premise of customer insight mechanism to market sufficiently subdivided and in-depth excavation, take the grids thoughts on the basis of regional marketing, make whole marketing system become organic highly integrated. So grids marketing concept began to appear in all levels of Shenzhen telecom, which has played an important role to improve customer value and enterprise efficiency.This paper firstly analyzes the latest dynamics of current grid technology, grids management and their applications in the telecommunications industry, prompting idea of the grids marketing. Secondly make a system analysis on Shenzhen telecom development condition and marketing environment. Thirdly, in view of some difficulties grids marketing will be met by spatial analysis and evaluation analysis method and build effective strategy pattern solve the internal conflict and external marketing threat of grids marketing. Then through the interpretation and the practical reference on grids marketing theory, design a feasible grids scheme on the marketing structure and internal management, forming grids marketing system. Finally evaluate the grid marketing strategy mode and marketing system.Through analysis research on the grids marketing systems, application related theoretical knowledge and analysis method in solving operational collaboration and resources sharing, and points out several grids marketing advance mode and realization ways, has a certain reference value on improvement of telecommunication marketing situation.
