| In the process of agricultural development in our country, bottleneck constraints of agricultural resources is increasing. Therefore, agricultural technological innovation have been endowed with new requirements and tasks. The United States, Western Europe, Japan and other developed countries in the choice of the path of agricultural technology innovation have created some successful experiences. According to their resource, choose the path of agricultural technology innovation can not copy the western model in our country, we should choose reasonably according to our national conditions. At the same time, as regional resources endowment conditions in our country are different, we should choose the different roads of agricultural technological innovation,in different areas.Based on the former research, according to the characteristics and demand of agricultural development, especially from the perspective of agricultural resources conservation and the idea of saving some kind of technical innovation based on the idea of factors of production, the study introduce the development of agricultural sustainable to the category of agricultural technology innovation path, to make it become more rationality. The main methods used are new classical economics analysis, Fully Modified Ordinary Least Squares (FMOLS), production function method. By analyzing of the path selection of agricultural resource-saving technological innovation to find out an optimal path of China's agricultural technology innovation, including the choice of innovation strategy and technology roadmap. First of all, this paper introduces China's agricultural development and utilization situation of shortage of resources, and describes the relationship between scarce resources and agricultural technology agricultural innovation path. Then, describes the principles and contents of the selection of resource-saving agricultural technology innovation. Thirdly, uses new classical economics analysis to explore for resource-saving agricultural technology innovation strategy choice for China. Fourthly, uses improved agricultural production function to explore resource-saving technologies of agricultural technology path choice for the various areas. Finally, explores the resource-saving agricultural technology problems through taking water resources for example by a typical case analysis.Through the research, get the main conclusion are as follows:(1)As for the selecting of agricultural resource-saving technology innovation strategy, imitative innovation is profitable in the short term, but for the long-run, independent innovation is the best choice. (2) In our country, preferring land saving resources in agricultural resources saving technology, and in some areas, the innovation of labor saving technology achieved significant results. (3) The technical effect of labor-saving technological innovation differs in different areas, but the technical effect of land-saving technological innovation just a bit different in different areas. (4) On the purpose of improving the efficiency of resource use, we need to tap the potential of existing agricultural technology.On the basis of research results, the paper proposes some suggestions:(1) to enhance the capability of independent innovation and accelerate the change from imitative innovation to independent innovation;(2) to continue strengthen the innovation of land saving technology; (3)to attach importance to the innovation of labor saving technology;(4) to strengthen investment, supply and promotion of key agricultural resource-saving technology in each areas; (5)to improve the technology of existing agricultural resource-saving technologies. |
