Since the 1970 s,the study on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB)has been established and the importance of this extra-role behavior has been established.This study is conducted to examine the impact of OCB on management and to distinguish the most influential element of OCB in the business.The study was conducted in a public sector Telecommunications Company located in Comoros,in the capital.The behavior of organizational citizenship is supposed to be one of the new management concepts implemented.The focus has been on organizational effectiveness.This study was undertaken to determine the factors that affect OCB and develops a theoretical model on OCB using sophisticated multivariate tools,based on elements of prosocial motivation and impression management motivation.The study identified the factors that affect OCB: Pro-social motivation and motivation of impression management Respect,the problem of concern,individual initiatives and personal development.The study suggested a policy guideline by developing a conceptual model on OCB.For this research work,we used the qualitative method using interviews with professionals but also with employees,out of the 11 employees.As a result of this work all proposals have been,In other words,the pro-social motivation and impression management motivation affects OCB in the context of Telecommunication in Comoros.
