Application Of Quality Loop Method In Telecom Project Management

As the market for voice service are saturated, the potential of income increase is limited; while new services like mobile value-added service enjoy a bright prospect. Industrial restructuring and the granting of 3G licenses have broken the original layout of the mobile service market, indicating fiercer competition in the 3G era. In the 3G era, quality management becomes more and more important for the telecom operators.In this thesis, quality loop method is presented and applied in telecom project management in YN Mobile Corporation. First, the quality of YN MCC is measured by using questionnaire. Based on the questionnaire, I find the key points in the quality project management. Then, I apply the method of quality tool in the project quality project management. The practical results prove that the application of the quality loop is successful in the YN MCC project management.
