The Empirical Research Of Regional Eco-economic Development Level In Xinjiang

With the rapid development of economy , the contradiction between the environment and the economy has been increasing , coordinating economic development and environmental protection,seeking the relationship between the sustainable social and economic development,realizing people to coordinate effective means of symbiosis become urgent task and responsibility.Relying on national western development strategy,in recent years ,the development of Xinjiang's economy is very fast. The industrialization , the urbanization and the development of modern is very fast too. But it is a "double-edged sword", on the one hand, it promoted economy and society,on the other hand, it damaged environment inevitably. The central work meeting about Xinjiang in 2010 made the idea clear that Xinjiang should walk scientific development path and make coordination development of economy and environment. The conference put the development of Xinjiang in a never some height above all. Therefore, in the future ,we should pay more attention to make coordination development of economy and environment .And we should concern the situation of the ecological environment and its actual bearing capacity to make coordination development of economy and environment while the leapfrog development of Xinjiang.Based on the summarization of predecessors theoretical viewpoints, elaborating ecological economy theory,ecological economy coordinated development theory, and sustainable development theory , we establish ecological economic level evaluation index system and make an objective evaluation by the principal component analysis and calculation of the coordinate development of the whole. The results indicate that there is a evident gap between levels of Xinjiang ecological economy of all state ,the highest level is Bazhou. Judging from different states,Ecological economic level of Ground state or city in north slope of Tianshan mountain or eastern zone of Xinjiang is good,next is northwest economic zone,Ecological economic level of southern three assemblies of Xinjiang is worst. According to above analysis conclusion, the paper analysis different types zone, and puts forward some pertinent and operational policy recommendations , in order to promote to coordinated development of ecological and economy in Xinjiang.
