Research On Guilin Space Structure Optimization

The industrial structure and land use structure is complementary, which importantly reflected the internal spatial structure of city, and the interaction between industrial structure and land use structure affects the optimization of a city space function. This article select Guilin as the research object, starting pointed the relationship between industrial structure and land use structure, analyze the changes of industrial structure and land use structure of Guilin, discuss about new area development for the influence of urban space structure evolution, analysis of existing problems of structural changes, and the affection of the overall function of the city, explore the countermeasures of spatial structure optimization and urban functions upgrading, which provide a reference for Guilin spatial structure optimization.This article is divided into six parts:The first part introduces the research background, significance and literature review. Literature review from the view of land use structure, the industrial structure and the interaction between them on urban spatial structure of the studies were summarized respectively, and make brief comments, then proposed ideas and methods of this study.The second part is related to the concept and theoretical basis. First, summarize the main points about urban spatial structure content from domestic and foreign, propose the definition of urban spatial structure of this paper; second, describe to urban land use and industrial structures as well as their classification. In theory, mainly introduces several theories of urban spatial structure, which surrounding land use and related industrial structure.The third part is the analysis about its driving forces of urban spatial structure. Urban spatial structure has several driving force factors:economic development, social and cultural development, technological advances, urban planning and development of new urban regulation.The fourth part is the empirical part. Empirically analysis changes in land use structure and industrial structure of Guilin, reveals the interaction mechanism between land use structure and industrial structure, check the quantitative relationship between land use structure and industrial structure through the establishment of model. Analyze the need for development of Lingui new area, and pointed out the problems of space to expand during new area developing.The fifth part, according to the study of changes in spatial structure of Guilin, proposed countermeasures that separately from the general idea of land use structure optimization,industrial structure optimization and their "double-optimized" point of view.The sixth part is the conclusion. Pointed out that innovation and weaknesses of this paper, and explain some points in it.The main conclusions:1. Urban land use structure and industrial structure influence each other. Industrial development based on land, Industrial distribution constraint by topography, the number and configuration of land resources and other conditions. But the city's industrial restructuring caused to the restructuring of urban land use or external expansion, with the optimization of industrial structure, urban land re-allocation in different industries. Regression model proved the relationship between land use structure and industrial structure, Industrial land changes arising from land use information entropy change. To this end, this paper presents some measures that the industrial structure adjustment should combine to land replacement, upgrading of industrial structure combined with the intensive use of land, and market regulation and government regulation combined, which promote to industrial structure and land use structure "double-optimized."2. Through longitudinal analysis and the dynamic evolution of information entropy, find out that land use information entropy of Guilin is relatively stable as a whole in 2002-2008. But from the subtle point of view, land use information entropy increased in 2002-2004; entropy is the most stable in 2004-2006, but appeared in the first rise after falling between 2007 and 2008. Through horizontal comparison found that Guilin has a higher proportion of industrial land and storage space, while Public facilities and municipal public facilities of the low proportion, and Path square land and special land percentage is the lowest in several tourist cities. Therefore, there are some problems such as spatial layout of the land is unreasonable, low efficiency of land use and land management system is incomplete.3. Industrial structure of Guilin tend to be reasonable, But during the Industrial development, then there exists a relatively weak in industrial base, industrial layout disorder and other issues, elements agglomeration of the old urban is too density, which make the gap between it and the environmental requirements of international tourism is growing, the contradictions between industry development and Lijiang River ecological environment protection increasingly prominent. Guilin put forward the "strong city" strategy in recent years, develop industrial park vigorously, promote the advancement of industrial structure to certain extent, but the demand of the protection of Lijiang River, optimizing the development environment of tourism and enhancing the competitiveness of tourism, promoting industrial distribution space of Guilin should further expand, old urban focus on the development of tourism and other modern service relying on Lijiang, manufacturing and public services must be expanded to the new area.4. In order to meet the needs of spatial development in Guilin, aim to the optimization of city industrial and spatial structure, and reasonable concentration for urban elements, expand Lingui new area can be order evacuation of population and industrial in Guilin center, reduce the urban areas of industrial land, fully protect of the Lijiang River, and ensure the leading position of the third industrial land in the central area. But there are some problems during Lingui development, which should take some effective measures to optimize new spatial structure.
