Research On Higher Vocational Education And Corps Regional Economic Development Relations

As the emergence of knowledge economy is sweeping the world today, the relationship of higher vocational education(h-v-e) and the development of economy and society becomes particularly close, which is becoming a strong driving force to promote economic,social,scientific and technological development. Face to the demands and challenges brought about by the new economic era, how to grasp firmly the coordinated development of h-v-e and regional economies(r-e), training regiment need application-oriented talents, and technology talents for XPCG, implementation of the "Science and Education XPCG" and "Talent Zone" strategy,the significance to promote corps economic leap-forward development,building a harmonious Corps, maintain stability in border areas is great.This article, from the education and economics point of view, use the method of combination of qualitative and quantitative and combination of theoretical research to analyze the status and role of h-v-e in r-e in XPCG, in order to achieve their "Complementary" and"Win-win" strategic objectives. In this paper, mainly in the following areas:Firstly, in the reference human capital theory, based on the theory of economic growth; Secondly,discussed the interactive relationship between h-v-e and r-e development in XPCG; Again,using of Cobb- Douglas production function calculated Corps v-education contributed to economic growth.The results showing that:the scale of the development of v-education in Corps lags behind the pace of regional economic development, training can not fully meet the requirements of regional economic development. Finally, integration the development status, problems and empirical analysis, the author starts from gov, business and v-education, make specific recommendations.Through this study, it will be helpful for people to understand more deeply about the h-v-e and r-e development in XPCG, it can be made the h-v-e based on the needs of the development of the economic and society in corps, effective reform and development will focus on strengthening development and improvement of education quality, to provide effective personnel and intellectual support the economic and social development for the Corps,to develop the Corps v-education, to promote r-e development and even across the coordinated development between the two are all practical significance.
