With the rapid development of social and economy in China, the Chinese consumers' demands for health are also growing, the existing health care system began to be "outdated", the new health reform policies have been put forward. On the one hand, the new health care reform meet the new health needs of people, on the other hand, it has brought new challenges to the pharmaceutical companies on the marketing strategy of community. The companies must strengthen their deep investigation on the marketing channel, and constantly follow the market demand, explore potential customers, improve themselves to adjust the marketing strategy, exploit market, so as to maintain and expand sales. At present, the current marketing strategy of pharmaceutical companies is too old, it is unable to cope with the present medical situation of the community market. Therefore, the study of a new, reasonable, suitable for pharmaceutical companies under the new community healthcare marketing strategy of market development is inevitable line. According to the actual situation of pharmaceutical market in China, the article described the big potential of the market, the opportunities and challenges of the pharmaceutical enterprises brought by the medical system reform, then for the pharmaceutical enterprises, the article decided that the study of a new medical community's marketing strategy is imperative. Then, the article explained the concepts, characteristics, opportunities and future development trend of the market, distinguished it from the high-end market, and pointed out that its unique developing and marketing strategy. The analysis of the current marketing problems laid the basis of reality. Finally, around the purpose of the study, for the developing and marketing of the pharmaceutical companies in China, the paper has made some effective models and methods, hoping to help pharmaceutical companies with effectively marketing and obtaining the maximal profit. In addition, full account of the specialty of required medicine in the community pharmaceutical market, hoping that the pharmaceutical companies have drugs to sell, and could compete with the others in the pharmaceutical market, through a series of analysis, the article worked out the mixed marketing strategy in the marketing objectives, product positioning, target market, competition and the other aspects, proposed specific implementation proposals.
