The Research On Path Selection And Strategies Of Taihu County Economic Development

County's development and stability is the basis for the healthy development of the national economy, also is the cornerstone of stability of China. The county area economy occupies a foundational position of the national economy, the basic structure of well-to-do society in China. Without the modernization of it, there is no modernization of the national economy. After CPC Central Committee on the Sixteenth Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed county economic development, the county economy more and more is pay attention.The counties GDP is about 60% of China and the population of the country is about 70% of China. Development between regions are becoming more and more uneven, the growing gap between urban and rural, how to coordinate regional development and narrow the urban-rural gap, solve the "three rural" issue, become a theoretical research focus. Taihu County is a mountain county in Southwest of Anhui Province, has the common features of the county economy, but also has its own characteristics. How to accelerate the development of Taihu County in the policy context of central part grow up and industrial transfer demonstration region of the city-cluster along the Yangtze River in Anhui, it is both important to explore new ways and new models of industrial transfer in the central and western regions, but also has a certain practical significance to explore the economic development path of border county of city-cluster along the Yangtze River in Anhui.In this paper, combination of qualitative analysis and empirical analysis, analysis of Taihu County's economic development situation and existing problems, combined with the regional economic theory and some successful county's economic development path and model, propose some measures to speed up Taihu County economic development. The first chapter is an introduction, mainly on the background and significance of this paper; the second chapter is about the definition of some concepts of the theory about county economy; chapter III analysis the economic development situation and major problems of Taihu County; chapter IV analysis Taihu County's natural resources, regional conditions, strengths and weaknesses, consider that disparity is industry compared with other counties in the current phase. Taihu County speed up economic development and catch up other developed counties, the development of industry is the basis in the current phase, playing features is the direction of development and protect the ecology is a potential in the future.Finally, in chapterⅤ, connected with weaknesses and problems of economic development of Taihu County, combined with the development direction and the actual situation of Taihu County, author put forward the following suggests:expand the industrial park, cluster development, accelerate the industrialization process; expand Town, promote villages, county urbanization steadily; focus on the development, leading enterprises driven, step by step process of agricultural industrialization; identify strengths, highlighting features, to create integrated development of tourism and cultural characteristics brand; improve transport, solid platform, optimized hardware and software environment for social and economic development.
