A successful acquisition or merger can rapidly create value, increase production capacity and market, and also make one enterprise expand and grow faster. Therefore, acquisition or merger becomes more and more popular in the development of the modern enterprises. The scale of monomer mergers with various forms is getting larger and cross-border mergers take place frequently as well. Success of enterprise mergers depends very much on the success or failure of supply chain integration. To implement supply chain integration and develop alliance partnership of all the enterprises in the chain with collaboration, information sharing, end-to-end optimization, profit distribution, risk allocation can enhance the overall operation performance of the supply chain. The integrated supply chain will have an enormous structure and complicated organization relations, so a proper and reliable postponement strategy should be needed to make the integrated supply chain adapt and response for market better, and to improve the success rate of node enterprise mergers in the chain. Study on supply chain postponement strategy in large scale of order mainly lies on the realization of a suitable strategy according to a customer order decoupling point (CODP). As a result, a better and more precise postponement strategy of the integrated supply chain can be determined by means of analyzing and researching on influence factors change happened before and after the integration. This optimized strategy can make the integrated supply chain more robust and be developed and improved more effectively, and has great steering effects and practical meanings for enterprise supply chain management in today's fierce merger circumstance. This paper mainly focuses on modeling and simulation analysis of CODP position before and after the supply chain integration, and proposed relevant conclusion. The content of study is presented as following:1. Situation of study at home and abroad and theory on supply chain integration and CODP position postponement strategy were summarized and arranged.2. Aiming at single supply chain, a universal CODP position was modeled. Firstly, qualitative analysis on CODP optimum position in supply chain was made at macro level. Secondly, the supply chain postponement strategies of different products and lifetime cycle were analyzed qualitatively. A three-step quantitative modeling was then carried out. Finally, the resolution of the proposed model was represented.3. The reason and condition of supply chain vertical integration were discussed in the circumstance of mergers. Beginning with the basic concept and motivation of horizontal mergers, the essence and intention of enterprise horizontal mergers were explored. The overall supply chain integration was analyzed, and the features of core enterprise internal integration, the features of supplier and distributor integration, and the cooperative partnership of the integrated supply chain were further analyzed and discussed respectively. Based on this analysis, a supply chain CODP position model, which was different from normal ones, was proposed. In the model, the supplier cost was initially brought into the total cost model while a more ideal position model was derived through the simplification and expansion. In the perspective of mathematics, the effects on the functions of supplier cost, core production enterprise cost and total target cost, were analyzed when CODP were in different positions.4. The index of factors that influence supply chain CODP position was sketched. Based on practical data statistics of clothing production system, the cost and factor index sensitiveness in the aggregative model were calculated and analyzed by using MATLAB. The relevant suggestions on postponement strategy used before and after the clothing supply chain integration were brought forward according to the change of postponement strategy optimum CODP position caused by the change of the main influence factors before and after supply chain integration. Finally, further research and expectation were planned while summing up the full text.
