A Comparative Research On Evaluation Methods Of Enterprises Financial Competitiveness Based On Factor Analysis And Entropy

In the environment of the WTO, the financial crisis and the complex low-carbon economy. Chinese enterprises are bound to face enormous challenges and opportunities. The only chance of Chinese enterprises is to improve their competitiveness and to survive and grow up in the fierce market competition environment.Industrial machinery industry has been regarded as the lifeline of national economy. The enterprises financial competitiveness affects the survival of the industry's prosperity and the national future economy. Therefore, the main research object of this article is the industrial machinery industry financial competitiveness evaluation.In this article, the author use Shanghai and Shenzhen 42 main listed companies of the industrial machinery as samples, use financial and non financial indicators as comprehensive index and use factor analysis and entropy analysis as a tool for example analysis and comparative study. Verified the effectiveness of entropy in the enterprise financial competitiveness evaluation and bring the simple and workable entropy into industrial machinery enterprise financial competitiveness evaluation.Main contents are as follows:(1) The article briefly introduces the concepts, theories, and classification of competitiveness and enterprises competitiveness, On this basis we give the concepts, features of enterprises financial competitiveness. (2) On the basis of a large number of documents and the formation mechanism analysis of enterprise financial competitiveness The article analyzes the elements of financial competitiveness and optimizes improvement of evaluation indexes. Also gives the evaluation index system of financial indicators and non-financial indicators. (3) The author use Shanghai and Shenzhen 42 main listed companies of the industrial machinery as samples, and use the factor analysis and entropy to have a example analysis and comparative effectiveness study on industrial machinery enterprises financial competitiveness, also the article discovers the consistency and difference of the two method through the evaluation results. (4) Through correlation analysis and superiority analysis, the article verified the effectiveness of entropy in the competitiveness evaluation. And this part brings the simple and workable entropy into industrial machinery enterprise financial competitiveness evaluation.
