The Study On Information System Of XJ Beer Company For Deep Distribution

In order to enhance control of end-market and reduce over-reliance on regional distributors, major domestic fast moving consumer goods company, mobile phones company and other consumer industry companies widely used deep distribution as their marketing distribution model. It has become significant that companies establish multi-dimensional, comprehensive and centralized deep distribution data center to provide a strong basis for decision analysis and enhance the competitiveness in an increasingly fierce competitive market environment. However, the domestic research for the information technology of deep distribution is not sufficient at present, many practitioners do not know how to build the management information system of deep distribution. This article utilizes the related distribution theory and practice to discuss about that how to build the management information system of deep distribution.In this thesis, the first, it explains theories of deep distribution, information system and its planning etc to establish the theoretical basis for information system of deep distribution for XJ Beer Company; the second, it analyzes current situation of company and states the problems:the third, it analyzes the needs of information construction of deep distribution, and emphasizes the profound significance and successful possibility to strengthen the determination which is need to perform the information management of deep distribution; and then it analyzes and designs system structure and system function, states that it must use the new structure model which is combined by application virtualization and C/S, and makes re-engineering optimal design for main sales flow; the last, it introduces the implementation supporting measures of information system construction including concept cultivation of top leader, project organization support and basic data support to make sure that the information system construction can be carried out smoothly.The author hope that the research in this thesis can be reference for information construction of deep distribution for XJ Beer Company and other consumer industry company.
