Design And Realization Of A Land Transaction Information Distribution System Based On ArcGIS

Land reservation and trade is an important aspect of the national land resources utilization. With the fast development of our nation's economy, the original source materials recording land reserve and trade accumulates huger and huger. Thus the common method of keeping these materials is challenged. The application of GIS and database technologies into building and managing the land market is an important way to promote the scientific management and transparent information of land reservation and trade.In the thesis, the function and advantages of ArcGIS are summarized. A platform issuing land trade information is built up to facilitate people to get land trade information and grasp the changes of land markets, and to meet the information issue and data management needs. The main work and innovations in the thesis are listed as follows:1.In combination with the current status and requirement of the land trade market, as well as the WebGIS technology, it points out the feasibility and necessity to build a land trade information system and discusses the configuration of ArcGIS and its characters in issuing spatial information and manage data. Finally, the technical developing route for system is decided.2. Adopting an object-oriented programming method, an ArcGIS-based tool is developed to manage data with vs.net, which can also manage tables, vector data and raster data.3. On the basis of the function optimization problem of ArcIMS and ArcSDE, the optimization methods summarized. If remote sensing data is saved as raster dataset, a quicker speed can be obtained in reading data and the capability of the system can also be advanced.4. Some key technologies in the land trade information system is studied and realized in the system, which includes the spatial measure theory, the remote sensing image auto positioning and inquiry technology, the land plot image standardization and export method, the vector data mapping technology and so on.5. An information issue system of Suzhou city is built up and used successfully in Suzhou national territory department.
