My thesis is established in Naxi architecture culture in Lijiang city,Yunnan province and I have researched nearly one year in ancient town of Shuhe. The thesis includes the knowledge about tourist estate,national culture and cultural creativity,etc.The traveling real estate has opened the new angle of view for us and has the positive practical significance and the exemplary role for us to analyze and solve the above problem. The investment traveling real estate is not only a prospect broad economic activity, its development is also a indication that the traditional generality sightseeing trip is turning toward the new leisure, the experience-like cultural traveling transformation. In the palce where the ecologically-conscious culture and humanities culture are both great, the traveling real estate becomes the impetus goal for tourist city economic development's important promotion strength. At the same time,the construction of the tourism estate is promoting the national architecture's protection and continuation. By the way,the construction of the tourism estate also reflects the results of both application and innovation for national architecture. Because of these, national culture industry in tourist destination is becoming more and more recreational,embodiment and high quality.
