In the face of economic globalization, the development of multinationalcorporations has become a trend, thus cultural differences is a critical issue for bothmultinational and domestic companies. Cultural difference is the companies to goabroad to participate in international competition to face and solve the first problem.First of all, to collect relevant content on the organizational culture, this studybased on the formation mechanism of the organizational culture has re-understanding of the main result of a combination of S c hein and Allaire & Firsirotuorganizational culture theory. Allaire & Firsirotu proposed that the organizationmainly composed of three interrelated elements of composition, that is, socialstructure and system, cultural system and the individual performers, and to illustratesystematic ally external adaptation and internal integration of organizational cultureformation mechanism and the related factors.Secondly, to elaborate a comprehensive national culture, and discuss the culturemodel of several classic studies. A ccording to Nelson's study , my study focused onorganizational culture, national culture with the state for construction, analysis ofthe impact of national culture on organizational culture,and establish a mechanismmodel, which indicat e that culture will affect the organization al cultur e and socialstructure system and effect the founder s'values possibly and finallyorganization al cultur e system.Finally, my study compared the organizational culture features under theinfluence of respective national culture after the analysis of Sino-German nationalculture. O n the one hand, statistical sampling of described of the several company'scorporate culture to compare the differen t characteristics of corporate culture. On theother hand, pertinent ly select of Sino-German companies with same industry as caseobject s . Through the contents of practical relevance of the two companies to validatethe mechanism model , which based on the impact of the national culture on theorganizational culture, and further validat e the same state for building process ,whichbased on the impact of the organizational culture on the national culture . F ac ing andunderstand ing the cultural differences plays an important role in the globalcompetition. Consequently, t h ere is a practical guidance for Sino-German bilateral cooperation.
