With the importance of human resources management business improvement in the level at the core of the importance of performance management is more prominent.Performance management, mainly through the use of a series of scientific evaluation tools, scientific, systematic and comprehensive assessment of staff performance, identify problems and constantly revised, effective promotion of sector performance and the achievement of corporate performance.In this paper, SM Yunnan Expressway Co., Ltd. as the research object, introduces the performance, the theoretical basis for performance management, meaning and the company's basic situation, in-depth analysis of enterprise performance management of existing defects, an improved requirements. Establishing a clear purpose and principles, the mainstream of the current 360-degree evaluation more objective management evaluation, balanced scorecard, key performance indicators and other assessment tools are analyzed and compared, according to actual situation of enterprises, and ultimately selected based on key performance indicators established performance management system.
