Research On How To Improve Grain Revenue

This paper is derived from the ponder over that whether they are intention to engage in grain production,who can for moderate scale management and for industrialization management,and aims to find a sustainable path to improve grain revenue.On the basis of a brief review on existing literature,the paper begins with the analysis of the source bringing about grain production inferiority and then comments on four available paths individually,which can improve grain revenue, by combining criteria and the related theory,by using the methods of logical inference and mathematical deduction etc. Based on theses, this paper indicates theoretically that the path,raising food price in view of the development of grain quality diversification,is consistent with the research objective which is to improve grain revenue sustainably.Then,using the comparable cost-benefit data of rice, corn, wheat and grain from the years 1990 to 2008,make empirical analysis on the effectiveness and status of price in improving grain revenue,according to the size of income elasticity and contribution rate respectively.The results show consistently that the price is the most critical factor in affecting food production earnings.Improving grain price is the most effective means than the impact of other factors to add food production.the order followed is the material and service costs, yield per unit and policy costs. Improve the yield per unit of grain is still an important means to increase food gains, but with limited effect; nevertheless, the steady growth of material and service charges is the main factor which prevents the increase of grain income.Finally, combining with the experience and enlightenment of domestic and foreign policy, points out that China's future agricultural support policies should be based on agriculture marketability, innovate the ways of agricultural subsidies, emphasize the key point, focus on funding for the development and promotion of agricultural technology, especially funding for the development and promotion of agricultural technology which can greatly improve the quality of agricultural products,and the same time, take account of the improvement of the agricultural production conditions and market trading conditions, the cultivation of the agricultural intermediary and cooperative organizations.
