A Study On The Method Of Reasonable Land Using Evaluation In Chenggu Country Of Hanzhong City

Land is the basic substance sustaining for existence and development of human, and the important non-renewable resources. In recent decades, With the rapid development of the socio-economy, along with the growing urbanization, the demand of construction land has been increasing year by year, but at the same time, the land use ways are relatively extensive in our country, the use benefit is low, and the contradictions between supply and demand of land are sharp causing lots of problem,such as population,food,resource and environment. From the point of our country resource background in existence, how to collocate land resource,for fulfil the desire of economy,society and environment gradually became attented focus.Currently, the reasonable land use has became the inherent demand of implementing the concept of scientific development and promoting a conservation-minded society construction, the basic approaches of further strengthen macro-control and accelerate economic restructuring and change of the pattern of economic growth. And what's more, the reasonable land use can alleviate the contradictions between supply and demand of land, improve the effectiveness and scientific of overall planing of land uses.Based on a comprehensive,systematic land using concepts and theories referring experts and scholars of land reasonable using concept and a careful analysis and studies of connotation,principia,pattern,factor in the impact of land reasonable using, this article put forward a way of evaluating the level of land reasonable using,from dynamic change of time and space clustering, bring to bear method of evaluate coefficient and illegibility SOFM clustering.its study object is the twenty-four countries and town in Cheng Gu. From the point of harmonization and continuable or not between land use time and space change and economy,society and environment in all area of county, It set a standard system of evaluating the level of land reasonable using in Cheng Gu,and evaluate and analyse it.Its result indicated that using this way to evaluate the level of land reasonable using is scientific,rational and feasible. It have theoretical and practical meaning to direct the supervising of area land resource reasonable use and enhance power of macroscopical adjusting.
