Study On Production Line For Carbon Fiber Of 200 Tons In Huayuankou Economic Zone

Carbon fiber is a kind of reinforced material from high-performance fiber, which originates from such organic maternal fiber as man-made viscose, polyacrylonitrile and asphalt carbonized and graphitized for decomposition in an inert atmosphere and high-temperature condition of 1000℃—3000℃with the mass fraction of carbon more than 90% and a disorderly-layered graphite structure. It has many excellent characteristics such as stability in thermality, friction, corrosion, resistance to creep and fatigue, conduction in electricity and heat, and far-infrared radiation. Composite engineering material from carbon fiber shows incomparable performance of some material. Therefore, it is universally used in petrochemical industry, medical treatment machine, textile, cultural and athletic equipment, spaceflight and aero aviation. A very small number of companies in such developed countries as Nippon, the USA and Germany take control of key technology which remains strictly confidential, playing a dominant role in world trade. Therefore, they have the most shares in annual output of carbon fiber in the world. Since 1960s, China has begun relevant work, with some results reached independently but an obvious gap from developed countries in both quality and quantity. Especially with an increasingly essential part in military and spaceflight plus aero aviation, China is confronted with technology upgrade and renovation, enhanced administration in system and creativity encouragement. Carbon fiber industry is emphasized as a boosted one in the files from central authority named Decision on speeding up the cultivation and development of strategic emerging industry. Carbon fiber industry is established nationwide.As an important joint in Liaoning coastal economic belt, leading region of old industry base in Northeast China, demonstration city for resources conversation and ecological friendliness, Huayuankou Economic Zone is defined as a national base for emerging industry in September 2009. A battery of enterprises and programs with big shares for technology and enormous potential formally come into operation. Such effects of industry cluster as sharing resources, smooth information communication and encouraging technology innovation are emerging.A combination of positive with normative analysis, and quantitative with qualitative assessment is used in the thesis. Based on location characters of Huayuankou Economic Zone(HEZ for short) and industry analysis,the gravity model is modified from perspective of the other parts in Dalian and Liaoning Province apart from HEZ with theory concerning industry cluster, defining market scope and prospect of production,providing rational development in industry with reference.
