| In recent years, technology spillover effect of high-tech industry has become a hot research topic. The technology spillovers as a specific form of technology advancement on the shift and the proliferation of industries is curial for the economic growth and the industrial development.This paper begin with the enunciation of the characteristics of technology and its spillover process, First, a clear concept of technology spillovers and their characteristics, such as externalities, implicit form, uncertainty, interactive features, etc., are presented.on this basis, we go on to explore the mechanism of the process of high-tech Industries' technology spillovers.At the same time, we explore the corresponding indicators, combined with the problem of high-tech Industries of Guangdong, from both qualitative and quantitative point of view, according to the mechanism of the high-tech Industries' technology spillovers.After this, the corresponding policy recommendations are presented on the basis of the conclusions.The empirical results show that:Guangdong high-tech industry is still in its growth stage, the industrial cluster environment plays on significant benefit for technology spillovers.But the market competition can improve the high-tech Industries' technology spillovers.The industry investment in human capital is conducive to upgrading the industry's absorptive capacity, helping to absorb the other industries;the high-tech Industries' technology spillovers which base on technical innovation obviously effect on the industry technological progress, it show that the high-tech Industries' technology in Guangdong upgrade by introducing foreign technology; inter-industries innovative product's spillover has no significant effect on the industry technology products progress, it show that the Guangdong high-tech industry's R&D investment in new technology products are not very effective in absorbing. Finally, suggestions are advanced in accordance with the results of relevant studies. |
