Tobacco distribution center play an important role in the modern logistics system. In the simulation research of the distribution center, however, the heavy workload of modeling is a common problem, and it's incomplete with the RGV policy research. Logic conversion, which is concerned from the perspective of simulation modeling, was not taken seriously. The simulation evaluation system is not established, either.According to these problems, this paper researches on following aspects and obtains some contributions. Finish a comprehensive analysis of tobacco distribution center work flow, and then give a detailed description of order splitting process and the information transfer process based on the tobacco industry characteristics. Using modular modeling theory, the tobacco distribution center system is divided into 13 reusable modules, including 6 universal module and 7 dedicated module, and develop all the modules based on AutoMod. From the perspective of simulation modeling, this paper establishes the system model and simulation model of tobacco distribution center, analyzes the result of model running data, evaluates the overall efficiency of the distribution center and gives some optimization suggestion.Analyzes of the advantages and disadvantages of two operating strategy and system requirements, and after the simulation of two operating strategy, establishes the simulation model based on AutoMod, then gives optimization suggestion for choosing these strategy. After the completion of a series of simulation modeling for model reusability, three of reusable modular modeling method for distribution center simulation are presented. Finally, evaluates the simulation model work itself from three evaluation indicators.
