Therefore, based on analyzing, organizing, summarizing, identifying a variety of references about mobile internet electronic payment, the article identifys electronic payment as a key process in the whole electronic business by the way of CIMOSA from BSP, rearranges the processes of electronic business, points out the major problems in current mobile internet electronic payment business model, and puts forward three methods in order to accelerate the development of mobile internet electronic payment.
