The psychological contract violate means that under the employment background, workers feel their affiliated organizations don't achieve their duty. There is an important significance for organizations and staffs' survival, which in different political atmosphere, psychological contract violate may directly or indirectly influence staffs' loyalty through the perceived supervisory support. Knowledge workers,who play a decisive role for the enterprise's steady and sustainable development, master and use the symbols and concept, using knowledge or information.So,for the enterprise, it is important to understand knowledge workers' psychological contract violate how to affect its loyalty.Based on the literature analysis, the questionnaire includes two parts:interviewing and content analysis. The datas are collected by the questionnaire and used the correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis,constructing and perfecting validation the theoretical model of psychological contract violate. Meanwhile.using the self-made scale and the pre-existing scale, we take 600 knowledge workers who are randomly selected from the 6 high-tech coiporation which scattered in zhejiang.Jiangsu and Shanghai. The results of this study are as follows(1)Knowledge workers' psychological contract violate has three dimensions: material incentive. support atmosphere and development opportunitic(2)Different sex groups.age groups and different length of service for corporation have marked differences in the knowledge workers' psychological contract violate.But it doesn't have significant differences of the different degree and the scale of the enterprise.(3)Knowledge workers' psychological contract have a close relation to their loyalty.and it can better explain the variance.(4)Organizaiion political consciousness is able to adjust the influence of knowledge workers psychological contract violate to the organizational citizenship behavior. Namely, when the group atmosphere is strong, the psychological contract violation of knowledge workers influenced their loyalty more.However,when the atmosphere is thin,the psychological contract violation of knowledge workers effected their loyalty less. (5) The perceived supervisory support plays a mediator role between knowledge workers' psychological contract violate and their loyalty. Namely, knowledge worker's psychological contract violate don't only directly affect the employee loyalty, but also affect the employee's loyalty by influencing their perceived supervisory support.Finally, the conclusions of the research expand the viewpoints, contents and methods of research on knowledge workers'psychological contract, and bring some practical instruction to the knowledge workers' management.
