At the age of intellective economy, the knowledge is "the core production factor". As the carrier and owner, the knowledge workers are the most precious wealth to an organization even the society. The following aspects, to make the best use and strengthen the management and increase their loyalty to the organization, and to stimulate their independent and valuable work, have become the important dispute issues for the modern organizations. Along with the talent competition all over the world among multinational corporations, the inland enterprises have to consider carefully the question that what shall we do to attract and well-use and encourage and keep the knowledge workers.The paper, which has adopted the methods of literate analysis and normal analysis, makes the research on the management of the knowledge workers from the view of psychological contract which the purpose is to explore the regulation of the dynamic psychological contract between the organization and the knowledge workers and therefore find the effective solutions to improve the management efficiency for the knowledge workers which then can provide some useful advice on the management of the knowledge workers in an organization and finally upgrade the management level furthest.Firstly, the paper introduces the psychological contract which is implicitly informal and unacknowledged existed in the correlation between the organization and the employee except for those in printed and written contract. The paper explores the regulation of the dynamic psychological contract between the organization and the knowledge workers and then concludes the good psychological contract. Secondly, the paper analyses the behavior characteristic and mental demand and expatiates the important role of the knowledge workers during the development of organization through the introduction of connotation and characteristics. Thirdly, based on the theory of breakage and contravention of psychological contract, the paper analyses loyalty degree of the knowledge workers and expatiates the relation between the decline of the knowledge workers' loyalty degree and the contravention of psychological contract. Finally, the paper gives the management strategies of the knowledge workers on basis of psychological contract: construct the organizational culture of "People Foremost"; make scientific management for vocational development; set up the bidirectional loyalty between the organization and the knowledge workers based on the psychological contract; establish the effective stimulant pattern; strengthen the communication for information and make authorization adequately; set up the early warning mechanism for the violation of psychological contract.The paper which uses some relevant theories of psychological contract and tries to find the support for the method of knowledge workers under the new economy age has the intention of providing the instruction for inner relation management in some organizations especially in those who have a lot of knowledge workers. For one thing, it is the hope that the both parties can attach importance to the psychological contract and strengthen the desire of fulfillment the responsibility each other and the communication in job selection, employee training, salary design, vocational development, organizational change to reduce uncertainty, misunderstanding, and conflict and assure their rights and interests on basis of honesty, equity and keeping-faith which can make relation between two parties develop harmoniously. For another, it is necessary that the organization can educate, train, induct, and stimulate the employees according to the actual developing need and adopt human management method to enhance the reliability of the psychological contract and strengthen their bi-responsible level and make the value maximization between the organization and the employee which can finally get harmonious unification on higher level.
