The Research On Inner Mongolia Tourism Higher Education

With the rapid development of the China's tourism, tourism higher education has made great achievements. Thanks to the emergence of more and more high-qualified talents, the sustainable development of tourism in our country has got a strong guarantee. Inner Mongolia has rich tourism resources. In recent years, tourism in our region has also shown a trend of rapid development. It also provides an excellent opportunity to develop for tourism higher education in Inner Mongolia. For example, in Hohhot-its capital, there are many universities and colleges offered Tourism Management, including Inner Mongolia Normal University Inner Mongolia University Inner Mongolia Finance and Economics Inner Mongolia Agricultural University Hohhot Vocational College Inner Mongolia Business Vocational College and so on. In the meantime, the number of this major is increasing. Although the scale of tourism higher education in this area is still increasing, more and more problems are appearing. For instance, the major is single; Training objective is fuzzy; ranks of teachers are weak; the graduates and tourism enterprises are imbalance between supply and demand; local tourism education is neglected and the like. These problems seriously affected the development of tourism higher education in Inner Mongolia, which lead to the graduates'integration capabilities and practical skills are poor. In order to change the current situation, our first imperative is to strengthen the construction of tourism higher education in Inner Mongolia; to make efforts to identify problems and find the ways to resolve them. Thus it can ensure the sound development of tourism higher education in Inner Mongolia and promote the sustainable development of tourism in our region.This research mainly uses questionnaire survey literature search interviewing method quantitative analysis. The development and research situation of tourism higher education in Inner Mongolia can be found through consulting literature. The problems to tourism higher education in our region can also be found through questionnaire survey interviewing and quantitative analysis. In the meantime, the solutions to these problems should be found.This topic is divided into seven parts: Introduction section includes the background of this issue and topic based significance, literature review, research and research framework, research methods and ideas, focus and difficulties of the study. The second chapter expounds the basic theory of tourism higher education. The third chapter analyses the development of tourism higher education in Inner Mongolia. The forth chapter shows the empirical research of tourism higher education in Inner Mongolia through questionnaire survey and some other ways, which is based on the universities and colleges where offer the Tourism Management. The fifth chapter analyses the difficulties and problems to tourism higher education in Inner Mongolia. The sixth chapter proposes the solutions to these problems. PartⅦis the conclusion, summarizing the main points of the article, research results and innovation, and proposing the weaknesses of the article and the prospects of the research.
