With the maturity of 3G and gradually evolve to 4G, the telecommunications industry is facing unprecedented marketing channel development and change, constantly enrich telecommunications products, the changing telecommunications needs of users, carriers and gradually promote the development of the Internet channel. But the Internet channel as a new channel, with traditional channels do not have the convenience and interactivity, while the Internet channel is facing an alternative to the traditional channels, and synergy. However, current academic research and practice is lack of industry-specific operational performance evaluation. Based on this, this study commenced in accordance with the following lines1. For domestic and international operators, the development of marketing channels, the system of sorting out the current situation, the combination of innovative features of the telecommunications industry and Internet channels, the characteristics of the Internet channel performance evaluation factors were analyzed.In order to meet this study is consistent with the current status of telecommunications channels, first of all, this situation for the development of domestic and international channels to sort out the problems of the current channel, and how these issues affect the performance of the channel, summarized the key points of influence factors. Secondly, emphasis on the Internet channel and traditional channels of different channel characteristics of the Internet channel performance factors, especially the Internet channel after the channel system into the telecommunications industry, the indirect effects brought about the situation. By combining the characteristics of the telecommunications industry and Internet channels, a special study, from the strategic, operational, financial and other aspects of the factors that affect channel performance in-depth analysis.2. Performance Evaluation in the Internet channel depth analysis of factors based on the design of the telecommunications industry, the Internet channel performance evaluation model.From the business point of view, the design of the telecommunications industry, the Internet channel performance evaluation model. Through data fitting and calibration, demonstrate that the proposed many assumptions and factors that influence these results. Data validation based on actual results, the telecom industry Internet channels, increase the level of Internet channel performance management proposals, effective help telecom operators to enhance the value of the Internet channel, but also from another perspective, this study will be achieved efficiently applied Practical work.
