The project is supported by General Armament Department. The paper deals with the design and implementation of DC/DC converter,which is exact replacement for Interpoint corporation MSA series converters.The analyses of non-isolation Buck—Boost and isolation flyback DC/DC converter are given. The difference between current mode control and voltage mode control is presented. The current controlled flyback DC/DC converter circuits are designed. To eliminate instabilities of current controlled DC/DC converter, the ramp compensation is used. In order to overcome the reading error of digital oscilloscope in the dynamic parameters test, the software of testing dynamic parameters is designed. The software can sample and process test data obtained by oscilloscope effectively.The DC/DC converter is manufactured in thick film hybrid technology, the prototype evaluation and experiment results analysis are presented, all the parameters satisfy with specifications.
