Along with the rapid development in computer technology, communication technology, network technology and automatic control technology, great changes have taken place in level and control range of the industrial automation. In order to adapt to these changes, the control system is no longer the traditional centralized manner that puts all field instruments and apparatuses together, but appears the distributed control system which is consists of process control level and process monitoring level. It with the network as the core, it will be linked by the sites which distributed in were different locations of industrial field, has formed the new control mode with distributed control, centralized operation, classification management, configure convenient, flexible configuration. At present, the rapid development of fieldbus technology has become very important communication network of distributed control system, but most application mode is that linked by field nodes and control node in the manner of the wired cable, it is certain limitation in applications that wiring is not convenient.This paper focuses on study the method of construct distributed control system as the design of sandstones processing system in Pu Xi Qiao hydropower station for the background. In this design, Profibus-DP fieldbus is used in device layer, the field node and control node based on connection mode of the wireless Communication. The master controller adopt Siemens S7300series with Ethernet interface controller CPU315-2PN/DP, salve station use ET200M module, wireless communication module in master station is use Siemens wireless access points SCALANCE module W788-1RR and in salve station is IWLAN/PB LINK PN IO.Built the complete sandstones processing automatic control system which is composed of supervisory and control function.In this paper, first analyses the research situation of distributed control system and communication mode, and expounds the background, content and significance with this system; And then accounted for needs and control task of the sandstones processing automatic control system during the this paper, deals with the main content and the technical characteristics of the Profibus-DP, discusses the technique characteristics, application situation and prospect of wireless communication with the industrial control area; Finally, based on the key technology as above, this paper introduces mainly the overall architecture, design idea, hardware select, software design of detailed realization process for the control system. Built a modern distributed control system, just put it in it with wireless communication technology, and developed control software for master and salve sites, developed the supervisory picture in Wincc, actualized the whole design of system.
