Study On The Integration Of Agricultural Disaster Information Transmission

Agricultural disaster has been a serious impact on the farmers'lives, the development of the village and the agricultural, even blocks the pace of the social progress. Agricultural disaster information is the foundation of the crisis management, so we should improve our country's system of the agriculture disaster information management to reduce the losses brought about by agricultural crises, then, how to establish such a system is an urgent problem.Of above problems, this paper gives the idea of agricultural disaster information integration dissemination and analyzes all integrated parts; it has a very important theoretical value and practical significance. This paper mainly gives us a brief overview about the research background and current situation, research ideas and research, research methods and the research meanings; introducing the agricultural disaster information integration dissemination based on the social exchange theory and immersed theory; introducing the concept, characteristics, contained in the content and integration theoretical ideas and meaning respectively from the three-part analysis of the dissemination of information dissemination content, information dissemination channels, as well as information dissemination methods. Finally, the case analysis of the plains floods of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, occurring in2010, analyzing this disaster and the problems with the theme, and propose an integrated thinking. At the end of this paper, summarizing the main research arguments and gives the outlooks of the agricultural disaster information management.
