Train Rear Safety Device is one of the important safety device in the railwaysystem. The electronic commander is one of the core device of this importantdevice. Electronic commander hang at the last one compartment of freight train,and connect to the train brake hose. It communicate to the traction train by radio.It replaces the traditional caboose way, with real-time query of the tail pressureand emergency brake.As a most important safety device, the electronic commander must keep itsperfect status before it beginning to work. To make sure this status, we have totest it every time before it works. But we always face to a situation. There is notenough qualification to make a complex test. Sometimes we use a simple way totest it.This thesis is a part of an innovation project of a group. The purpose of thispart is to reach and develop a automation electronic commander equipment. Theequipment includes hardware and software, such as industrial computer, CANbus, RS232bus, RS485bus, framework and displayer.The main content of this thesis is how to research and develop the software.It contains CAN bus communication, serial port communication, multi-thread,database and so on. The emphasis of this thesis are data communication and theusage of database.This equipment is working at a exclusive railway of a group. It works welland stable. The customer give it a high praise. |
