This paper construct a mobile Internet proxy server, can allow developers to construct the function rich and innovative mobile applications.This paper research oriented to the mobile equipment terminal of the news, stocks and the weather the proxy server, this structure to improve the mobile terminal access speed, and at the same time to save the flow, more beneficial to the realization of the intelligent prefetching and, based on this the system architecture design, and based on integrated environment Xampp realized the workbench Linux system of mobile Internet proxy server.
