Design And Implementation Of The School Bus Video Surveillance Systems

With economic development and progress in education, many schools equiped with school buses. However, the ensuing school bus accidents, so many students lost their precious lives because of school bus accidents. In order to strengthen the safety supervision of the school bus to ensure the lives and safety of students, the school bus to install video surveillance system is necessary.The author based on the existing car video surveillance system for the special needs of the school bus, the integration of the3G network communications, GPS, video codec, dual-stream and other technology, design a video surveillance system for the school bus. The main work of this paper are as follows:To analyze the functional requirements of a school bus surveillance system, and then design the overall framework structure of the entire monitoring system; focuses on the school bus monitor terminal hardware functional unit, as well as specific school bus monitor terminal hardware design, including FLASH,3G interface, GPS. video capture interface design; terminal design the appropriate hardware drivers, school bus has been designed to monitor and the Hass provide the SDK on the basis of development applied to the school bus monitor terminal client.Finally, the author according to the actual test results of the school bus video surveillance system, that the existing system deficiencies and provide a reference for follow-up staff to continue to develop and design.
