Along with the rapid economy development, automated warehouse has been widely used in many industries. As a new storage type of modern warehouse logistics, it has always been an academic focus. Choosing proper mathematical modeling technology and establishing the reasonable automatic warehouse system model will be very beneficial to analyze and optimize automatic warehouse system.As a kind modeling and analysis method for dynamic event systems, the hybrid Petri nets provide effective measures for studying system characteristics and its performance. In this article, the color-coded and information mixed into the physical Petri nets concept, and this article employed the hybrid Petri nets to model automated warehouse of a cigarette factory resettle project.First, simply integrate the whole system, and construct out the hybrid Petri nets model of the whole cigarette factory based on the analysis of physical structure and logical structure of the cigarette factory's automated warehouse from its employed designing principle, combined with the operation process such as cigarette's transportation, storage, tear open heaps of palletizing outbound and empty tray supply system.Second, the cigarette factories finished products warehouse system is decomposed into three subsystems, such as finished products picking smoke palletizing warehousing and empty tray group for finished product, Outbound of finished products warehouse, WIP Outgoing, Labeling and Delivery System. The paper sets up hybrid Petri nets models of each subsystem and analyzes them.In order to solve the problems when modeling, the color-coded and information has been mixed into the physical Petri nets, so to solve the problem, which can reflect the orderly and symbolic characteristic of system better.Last, to verify the feasibility of the system operation, the paper will use reachability tree method to analyze the hybrid Petri nets model of labeling and outbound the products in process. The eM-Plant simulation software is used to verify the accessibility of hybrid Petri nets model; Through the simulation, the system working process" bottleneck" is found out, and the solve countermeasure has been put forward, and the reference of design and assessment for the enterprise logistics system has been provided.
