In modern agricultural production,how to measure and control some inportantenvironment factor is important. As a part of highly efficient agriculture, greenhouseenvironment monitoring technology has the quite big significance. The designdeveloped a system about greenhouse control based on wireless communication andcomputer Web platform,which by comprehensive application of wireless RFtechnology and computer network technology.With the design, the user can realizeremote montoring or management.The communication between host and slave depends on wireless datatransmission module RFTR5.The PC monitoring platform,using Netbeans asdevelopment tool and Java language to develop,will analyses the data itreceives.When the data beyond the scope of the original set,the syatem willalarm.And at the same time using serial interface communication,the command willbe sent to slave machine, which will executive command to start or stop the devices.The data received by the PC will be saved in Oracle database. In addition to PCmonitoring platform, the subject also used Java Web technology, oracle databasepersistent technology, release the information to client through the Tomcat Webserver, so the user can access it most anywhere anytime,which makes the users cancontrol greenhouse in other areas.Because the pest and disease is one of the key factors in crop yield and quality,so the system developed a expert system about plant diseases and pests.through theanalysis of the familiar diseases and insect pests of crops.The system, which basedon forward and backward reasoning,uses the "if condition then action" forms ofproduction rules as knowledge representation.Meanwhile,it embedded htmleditoronline editor, through which the human experts who don't know programming caneasily edit expert knowledges.In this design,the computer technology and communication technology wereintegrated to penetrate to the greenhouse environment control. Experiments showedthat the remote intelligent control system can function properly. Finally, the papersummarized the completion of the project, analysed the shortcomings of thedesign,and proposed some opinions for further research.
