Archival Documents Compiled By Social Memory Function Studies

This article is based on the archival compilation's social memory function, analysing the social memory function's uniqueness. Because the archival compilation's social memory function have some problems, we put forward countermeasures to give full play to the compilation of archives social memory function. The article is divided into four parts, the first part:the compilation of archives social memory function.This section discusses from two aspects.One is archival compilation is an important form of social memory. Two is the significance of archival compilation's social memory function, they are precipitation of social memory,reconstruction of social memory, Social Memory Heritage, value added of social memory.The second part:the characteristic of archival compilation's social memory function, a total of four points, namely the social memory scope extensive, profound content of memory, memory form diversity and memory communication convenience.The third part:The problems of China's Archival Compilation in the process of social memory function.This section is analyzed from five aspects of China's archival compilation's social memory problems, including the compilation's subject and object analysis, results using analysis, user analysis as well as modern utilization analysis.The fourth part:how to develop the archival documents compilation's social memory function.Aiming at the problem in the third part, on the compilation of archives how better play social memory function and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.Such as requst the subject of the compilation to improve their consciousness and enhance their compilation skills; in the object of compilation, we requst objective selection, complete collection, but paying more attention to study the requirement of user, increaseing the use of achievement, and combining the characteristics of the times, increaseing the process of archival compilation's modernization.
