Research On Family Archives Management In China From The Perspective Of Social Memory

In recent years,many cities in China continue to carry out family planning activities,as China's archives work to serve the public a new entry point.At the same time,the social memory concept in the archives industry rise,for our observation archives provides a new perspective.Family archives are an important part of social memory.In modern society,people become the main body of the archives and the main service object,but for the most extensive family files,their participation in social memory research is rare.It is necessary to look at the family files from the perspective of social memory,to guide the management of family files,and to highlight its important role as part of social memory.On the basis of combing the basic theory of family files and social memory,this paper explores the construction of family files in our country from the perspective of social memory,which is aimed at the research of our government,archives management department and family.Found that China's family file construction in the legal system,administrative methods and so there are many problems.As the foreign private file management has formed a more mature model,the author of the French private file management as a typical case for the introduction of China's family archives management experience.According to the problems raised by the research and the experience of foreign countries,this paper puts forward the countermeasures that the family file management should take in the view of social memory.At the government level,we should give up the administrative mode of large package,Use "the main purpose,to build social memory;to create based on user needs of the family file activities.At the family level,it is suggested that the collection standards should be formulated in line with the social memory,and the custody model for the family files should be established and the shared and shared files should be transferred to the memory.Through the implementation of these systems,the government can better understand the purpose and role of family planning activities,the archiving activities and social memory linked to play the role of family files on the construction of social memory.
