Public Tv Mode Study

In this article, within the theoretical framework of the worldwide public TV media, and combine the public welfare revision of Chongqing TV practice, objectively discussed the reasons of Chongqing TV revision, position, and public connotation's deflection. To the reforming of future China Public TV,we should be on the basis of Chongqing TV. By the perspective of localization theory and form top to bottom way, to build the model of a national public television which is based on CCTV, to provide a platform of the communication and give full scope to the media supervision which is power use in the democracy development. Recommended by appropriate adjustment of the media system and varied the way of the fund rising to protect the survival circumstances and development of public television.
