Web site building system is used to quickly build enterprise information platform,using web sites to build the system can help enterprises, institutions, government departments and large-scale information portal quickly set up complex systems, and maintain the system operation at low cost. With the expansion of web information resources,most of the site system does not take into account information over the web, and user inconvenience.It is an important issue that how to fast to find the content they are most interested in from web site resources.The basic principles of CMS:It introduces the Portal design ideas that combined with the actual needs of domestic users, providing visual customization tools, information maintenance simple and easily.Website Building System have static information dissemination methods and the characteristics of the database dynamic publishing methods.Design based on the static template information dissemination methods.Improved the web-based structure of the PageRank algorithm.For the PageRank algorithm is biased towards the old web page problems, this paper presents a time-weighted T.Based on web log mining, tomcat server log files for research.Analysis and design the system through web data mining process.Design for personalized service for the web site,better for extraction of user information. Analysis the preprocessing of web log.Reducing the difficulty of pretreatment and improved user identification, path completion problem on the basis of the pretreatment, design based on log mining,personalized system and design of the system model. Through the system model, achieve algorithm. It is proved that improved system has superiority.
