With time and technology, emergency medical ambulance in modern society has been more and more people are concerned. Many technologies such as GIS, GPS and other high technology have been introduced to the medical emergency system. These technologies allow greatly improved the efficiency of aid, mainly to improve ambulance dispatch and the shortest distance to the hospital. But for the wounded or the patient, time is the most valuable car in the first aid treatment to the patients and the corresponding physiological parameters of patient monitoring, which use wireless data transmission to the technology.This article firstly puts forward the design on wireless communication for ambulance first aid basing on the GSM. The system includes the source of data transmission, the end-to-end voice during the transmitting process, data transmission in GSM, the safety of the signal channel and network. During the data transmission process, in view of the genetic algorithm has localized imperfection because of the allocation signal, we put forward a new improved genetic algorithm. This new algorithm is based on the selectivity variation operator and the minimum interval coding. By analyzing the result of the experiment, we find the optimal solution's differential equation is 100%, which is better that the result of traditional genetic algorithm, neural networks algorithm and so on.Lastly, we make the design of software and hardware for the system. Our system uses the wireless module M22. It adopts short message to transmit the physiological parameters. We also design the terminal unit on the ambulance. By testing the wireless module M22,we can realize the wireless transmission on the ambulance for first aid.
