Problem of road traffic safety, freight transport and road passenger transport are likely to cause injury or death, and they have a tremendous impact on the national economy.More than90%accidents are caused by human factors. Because of the particularity, the commercial vehicles often travel in a harsh environment, so it is necessary for the driver to train in typical conditions. But it is difficult to train the driver in the typical conditions by the real vehicle, while the multi-DOF motion simulator can realize it, and the fidelity and immersion are very good.Therefore, in order to reduce the number of accidents caused by human factors, in particular, to avoid accidents when drivers of passengers and freight transport passing through a special environment, the control of multi-freedom movement simulator is researched,and several typical conditions of operation of the vehicle movement is analysed too,so that it has better realism and immersion, in order to improve the effect of driver training.Firstly, analyze and compare the motion platform control algorithms and then find out the most suitable control algorithm for the study of multiple degrees of freedom motion simulator. Nevertheless, because of the limited range of motion,it can't simulate all the postures of vehicles. So it is necessary to use the control algorithm to transform the vehicle movement state into the platform motion state, resulting in the same sensation of movement similar to be in the actual car.Secondly, do an motion analysis under the condition of several typical status of operation of the vehicle, for the purpose of understanding the operation of the vehicle roll under the state of motion in the typical conditions such as rollover, collision, uneven road surfaces when driving. Visual simulation of the motion simulator can not simulate all the typical conditions, so the actual state of motion of the car is used to be the input of the control algorithm to improve thesimulation fidelity.Last, do the simulation once again respectively on the general conditions and the collision, unevenpavement and other typical conditions.In this paper, the Simulink modeling is used to do the modeling and simulation to gain the optimal filter parameters of the control algorithm. And then have a computer evaluation of the conditions in a certain kind of control algorithm.Finally, the selected control algorithm is applied to this study--two-DOF motion simulator in order to achieve control of the simulator to simulate driving under various conditions of the somatosensory.
