Study On Integration Platform Of Heterogeneous Systems Oriented Automobile Supply Chain

Competition in21st century is no longer a competition between the enterprises and the enterprises, but the competition between supply chain and supply chain. From the global perspective, supply chain is a virtual enterprise which including suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers, it hopes the partners in the supply chain can break through the boundaries both of the geographical and organizational, so as to realize the coordination between different partners.In our country, the automobile industry is the pillar industry. Its product is not only complex in structure, and highly professional. So the management of supply chain is very difficult, coupled with the multi-types and barge numbers, the automotive supply chain is called the world's most complex supply chain system. In addition to the manufacturers in the automotive supply chain, there are a large number of upstream parts suppliers and downstream retailers. Faced with such a huge enterprise group, the level of information technology has a direct impact on the overall effectiveness of the supply chain, so interaction problem in the supply chain enterprise internal and external information system becomes the focus of attention. Automobile enterprises generally have all kinds of computer application system, Due to the construction time, these systems are often independent, and closed to work, and the data interactions are very difficult. The segmentation of system makes the data redundancy, functions duplication, transmission congestion, and resource utilization difficulties, which is called "information island" phenomenon.In order to solve the interaction problems between legacy information systems, in the implementation of information management, and to improve the situation of information feedback delay and outdated data, This article through the survey and empirical research on automobile supply chain, heterogeneous system integration platform are studied.In this paper, through the needs analysis internal and external enterprise, clear the integrated features of a heterogeneous system integration platform for automotive supply chain. And in order to meet these integration features, the paper has constructed an integration platform, based on the technology of intelligent agent, contains the basic library, management agent and application agent. And for the key technology agent, the paper give it a detail design, in order to describe the agent, we use the MVC ideas, and also improved it, at the same time we divide the model in MVC into data model and business model, the result is the design of the model is more clear and explicit. At the last, based on the A company's business requirements, we build the integration platform, and evaluation it. That gives us an actual experience in the implementation of the integrated platform.
