With the increasing competition in the international market, the domestic market competition is increasingly intense, the competition between TV media has changed from the traditional program competition, advertisement competition into the core competitiveness of the contest. How to cultivate and create its own core competitiveness to cope with the challenge of domestic television media, decided henceforth whether in the fierce competition to survive, and realize the sustainable development of the determinant.After years of development, Hefei TV movie channels has accumulated a certain market competitive advantage, including resource advantage, brand advantage, advantage, talent advantage program, operating experience advantages, digital, network promotion and security advantages. In the new environment, Hefei TV movie channels through cultivating and constructing their core competitiveness to accelerate its own development, maintain the competitive advantage, is a topic which needs deep research.In this paper, the main core competitiveness research reviews, summarizes the construction of the core competence of media theory. First elaborated the definition for the core competence of the television channel field and analysis of core competence, and through empirical analysis of Hefei movie channels, from the theoretical and practical aspects, to construct and cultivate the municipal ground of professional film and television channel core competition ability explore and research.This paper uses the theory of core competence, strategic management, marketing and other related knowledge, analyzed the development course of Hefei movie channels, their characteristics and Hefei theater channel facing the environment and development opportunities, mainly from the brand, the implementation of new product development, establish scientific program production management system and program quality evaluation system, strengthening marketing income, implementation of customer marketing management and human resources development in six aspects proposed the Hefei cinemax cultivation and construction of core competition ability in the process of train of thought and countermeasure. The paper has certain value in practice, some research conclusions can be used as a terrestrial television channel to explore, create and foster their own core competitiveness to put forward to think and draw lessons from.
