In resent years, following the continuous development and improvement of agricultural production technology in nationwide and the overall strength of agricultural production, pesticides and other products of artificial compounds have a rapid development. New pesticide products have become the powerful weapon to prevent and the agricultural pests and ensure the production of crop. However, with the long-term spraying of pesticides in the fields, the residual substances and metabolites of the pesticides not only to affect the structure and function of the agricultural ecosystem seriously, but also through the food chain transmit into the body step by step, causing serious harm to health. Therefore, the development of a rapid detecting instrument for the pesticide residues is an effective way to solve the food safety supervision currently. In practical applications, portability and rapidness are the two vary important technical indicators for the detecting instrument, only the detector's function of rapid online detection and on-site to be achieved, it can play its application value in the food safety supervision. Therefore, how to realize the rapidness, portability and accuracy for the detecting instrument of pesticide residues is one of the important topics in detecting technology of pesticide residues. In this paper, as the background of the National Natural Science Foundation "based on the phototransformation– studies of chemiluminescence on the rapid detecting for the pesticide residues and miniaturization of instruments" and plan to support science and technology in Jiangsu province―studies of the rapid detecting for the pesticide residues and miniaturization of instruments based on the photoelectric method‖, the studies about the micro-instruments of pesticide residues and data fusion were carried out. In the process of theoretical research which is based on the―phototransformation- chemiluminescence‖as the detecting basis for the pesticide residues, an overall structure for the detection system was built. First, the overall plan of the detector's hardware and software design was proposed. Then under the plan, developing a portable detecting prototype about the rapid detection of organic pesticides. The prototype will deal with the detective date of concentration about pesticide residues by reference comparison, display, storage and alarms, then the date will be sent to the PC by wireless communications for subsequent data fusion. This paper will accomplish the following researching works:Design for the detection System: First, by the theoretical research of detection technique about‖phototransformation-chemiluminescence‖, the paper analyzes the main components, performance of the main controller and sensor, anti-jamming measures of the detection system's circuit these all for the rapid detection system of the pesticide residues. The system were mainly composed by four parts: detection of Photomultiplier tube, data processing the main control board, display operation of LCD touch screen and man-machine interface of PC. According the hardware and software development of each part to realize the function of rapid detection for the micro-instruments of pesticide residues.Experimental Analysis and Data Fusion study: The issue takes Experimental tests of eight different concentrations about 2-4D pesticide residues'analytic liquid, the tests was proportional relationship and a mathematical model among the sample concentration, light intensity and electrical signal. The information processing of parallel concentration which was carried out by two data fusion algorithms was used to analyze the acquisition error of the detecting system. The one-dimensional linear regression curve which was got eventually was used as the contrast reference data of pesticide variety in PC.
