Pesticides play an important role in the improvement of agricultural's production. But pesticides are harmful to environment and human health. Now, people pay more attention to potential harm of pesticide residues in food, especially in vegetables. Most pesticide residues analytical techniques are very sensitive and reliable, but they are time consuming, expensive, and not convenice to carry in filed. Therefore, reasearch analytical device for rapid, sensitive, selective and reliable detection is urgent. Enzyme biosensors have advantage for such purpose. Furthermore it is more suitable to detect organophosphorus pesticides (OPs) and carbamate pesticides which are widely used in China. The project is to design an applicable and detecting system of enzyme electrode. This paper uses the enzyme electrode as detecting sensor. The technology of biosensors, microcomputer and microelectronic are combined to develop a portable instrument for detecting pesticide residues. Through the discussion in the level of namometer, we can make use of enzyme sensors, which pesticides inhibit the active of target enzyme, such as Acetylcholinesterase (AchE), to develop instrument of pesticide residues. The aim of the paper is to develop detecting pesticide residues more rapid, sensitive and reliable. The primary researchs of this paper are following.(1)The detecting circuit design and analysis of system aim to detect the current reacted by enzyme electrode and solution of pesticide residues.(2) Potentiostat circuit design and analysis for detecting system of enzyme electrode.(3) The hardware and software design for interface circuit and data collecting system.
